  • 3 tbsp gelatine powder (see Tips)
  • 60 g raw sugar (see Tips)
  • 250 g kefir milk
  • ½ tsp natural vanilla extract

Orange raspberry layer

  • 250 g filtered water
  • 2 tbsp raw sugar
  • 3 tbsp gelatine powder (see Tips)
  • 300 g orange, flesh only (no white pith), cut into pieces
  • 125 g fresh raspberries
