  • 20 g oyster sauce (optional)
  • 15 g lump sugar
  • 20 g fish sauce
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 100 g Chinese rice wine (Shaoxing Hua Tiao)
  • 1 sprig fresh coriander, leaves only, to garnish
