  • 10 g dried shiitake mushrooms
  • 40 g oil
  • 10 g sesame oil
  • 20 g dried shrimp (see Tip)
  • 200 g boneless skinless pork belly cut into thin strips (5 mm)
  • 60 g soy sauce
  • ½ tsp icing sugar
  • ½ tsp salt (optional)
  • 1 sprig fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
