  • 1 brown onion, cut into quarters
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 30 g olive oil
  • 2 tomatoes (medium), cut into quarters

  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 2 tsp white sugar
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 350 g potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes (approx. 3 cm)
  • 1 dried bay leaf
  • 500 g chicken thigh fillets, cut into pieces (4-5 cm)
  • 40 g sultanas
