  • 20 g olive oil plus extra for greasing
  • 400 g tinned whole peeled tomatoes in juice
  • ½ tsp fine sea salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 400 g potatoes sliced (2-3 mm)
  • 350 g tomatoes sliced (2-3 mm)
