Ingredients

Meat dumplings (preparation)

  • 150 g plain flour
  • 75 g full cream milk
  • 25 g vegetable oil
  • 4 pinches salt
  • 50 g brown onion
  • 100 g beef mince
  • 2 - 3 pinches Baharat spice mix to taste (see Tips)
  • 2 pinches ground cinnamon
  • 2 pinches nutmeg
  • 2 pinches ground white pepper
  • 1 tbsp pine nuts (optional)

Yoghurt sauce

  • 20 sprigs fresh mint leaves only
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 20 g olive oil
  • 1500 g natural yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 pinch salt

Meat dumplings (assembly)

  • plain flour for dusting
