  • 1 garlic clove
  • 20 - 40 g apple cider vinegar
  • 40 g tahini (see Tips)
  • 1 tbsp filtered water
  • 2 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 150 g firm tofu, pressed and cut into pieces (see Tips)
