  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 pinches ground saffron
    or 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • ½ lemon
  • 70 g honey
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp fine salt plus 1 pinch extra to taste
  • 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 400 g wheat semolina
  • water
  • 100 g dried apricots
  • 60 g blanched almonds
  • 15 g fresh coriander finely chopped
