  • 20 g shredded coconut
  • 20 g rolled oats
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 4 pears (approx. 200 g each), peeled
  • 1000 g water
  • 1 cinnamon quill
  • 1 cm piece fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 vanilla bean, seeds scraped, seeds and pod reserved
  • 50 g honey
  • ¼ tsp salt

Chocolate sauce

  • 100 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
  • 50 g full cream milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • fresh mint leaves, for garnishing
