  • 300 g raw almonds
  • ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 8 eggs
  • 130 g macadamia oil
  • 220 g coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup

Chocolate hazelnut spread

  • 60 g hazelnuts, roasted and skins removed
  • 50 g dairy free dark chocolate, broken into pieces (approx. 2 cm)
  • 15 g raw cacao powder
  • 100 g coconut milk
  • 70 g coconut oil
  • 70 g pure maple syrup

Zabliagone

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 tsp pure maple syrup
  • ½ tsp natural vanilla extract
  • 500 g frozen mixed berries (see Tips)
  • 80 g flaked almonds
