  • 250 g frozen mixed berries (of choice)
  • 30 g honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1 ½ tsp chia seeds

Oats

  • 1 red apple, cored and cut into quarters
  • 80 g rolled oats
  • 30 g chia seeds
  • 30 g LSA (optional - see Tip)
  • 450 g milk of choice
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 2 - 4 tbsp nut butter, to taste (see Tip)
  • roasted unsalted peanuts, to serve (optional)
