- 400 g turnip, peeled and cut into pieces (3 cm)
- 320 g carrot, cut into pieces (3 cm)
- 1 tsp Vegetable stock paste, salt-free (see Tip)

- 12 pickling onions (approx. 360 g)
- 60 g red wine
- 2 tbsp wholemeal plain flour
- 2 carrots, trimmed and sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh sage leaves, plus extra to serve
- 2 tsp Vegetable stock paste, salt-free (see Tip)
- 500 g water
- 400 g broccoli, cut into florets
- 500 g pork fillet, cut into cubes (3 cm)
- ground black pepper, to taste
- 60 g dried pitted prunes
