  • 200 - 250 g sweet potatoes peeled, cut in pieces that fit through feeder tube
  • ½ tsp salt to sprinkle, plus extra for seasoning
  • water
  • 80 g yellow onions cut in halves
  • 2 sprigs fresh basil leaves only, plus extra for garnishing
  • 100 g fresh button mushrooms cut in slices
  • 10 g olive oil plus 3 tbsp for coating
  • ½ - 1 tsp harissa sauce
  • 4 eggs
  • red chilli flakes to sprinkle
  • ground black pepper to season
