  • 2 - 3 pinches dried chilli flakes, to taste
  • 20 g freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 40 g ponzu dressing
  • 2 - 3 pinches fine sea salt, to taste
  • 2 - 3 pinches ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • sesame seeds, white, for sprinkling
