Liver Pancakes

  • 600 g chicken livers
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 50 g plain flour
  • ½ tsp fine sea salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 30 g vegetable oil, for frying

Filling

  • 160 g onions, quartered
  • 100 g carrot, peeled, cut in pieces
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 40 g vegetable oil
  • 85 g tomato ketchup
  • 100 g mayonnaise, homemade

Assembly

  • 20 g mayonnaise, homemade
  • 10 g fresh dill, leaves only, chopped
    or 10 g fresh mixed herbs, leaves only, chopped
  • 50 g green pepper, deseeded, diced (5 mm)
  • 50 g red pepper, deseeded, diced (5 mm)
