Ingredients

Chicken and potatoes

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 40 g olive oil
  • 40 g lemon juice (approx. 1 lemon)
  • 1 tsp ground sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 pinches ground black pepper
  • salt, to season
  • 500 - 600 g chicken tenderloins (see Tips)
  • 500 g hot water
  • 400 - 500 g new baby potatoes, unpeeled and cut into quarters
  • 100 g prosciutto, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 tbsp pickled capers

Salad with buttermilk dressing

  • 2 sprigs fresh flat-leaf parsley, leaves only
  • 2 pickled gherkins (approx. 40 g), cut into halves
  • 100 g mayonnaise (see Tips)
  • 100 g buttermilk
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 pinches ground black pepper
  • 1 - 2 baby cos lettuce, trimmed and cut into wedges
  • Parmesan cheese, shaved, to serve (optional)
