  • 1 dried bay leaf
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 8 oz baby gold potatoes, diced (½ in.)

  • 3 oz dry red wine
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • chopped fresh parsley, to taste, to serve (optional)
