  • 400 g apples, peeled, cored and cut into pieces (approx. 1-2 cm)
  • 40 g raisins
  • 9 garlic cloves
  • 2 ½ cm piece fresh ginger, peeled and cut into thin slices (1 cm)
  • 20 g curry powder (mild)
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • ¼ tsp ground cayenne pepper
  • 400 g white sugar
  • 200 g white wine vinegar
