  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 20 g olive oil, plus extra for garnish
  • 1000 g whole milk
  • 100 g quick polenta
  • 100 g salted butter, diced (2 cm)
  • 2 pinches fine sea salt
  • parsley leaves, for garnishing
