Ingredients

  • 150 g pork fillets cut in slices (1 cm)
    or 150 g boneless chicken drumsticks cut in slices (1 cm)
  • 1 tsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil dark (roasted)
  • 2 pinches white pepper powder adjust to taste
  • 15 g garlic cloves
  • 30 g oil
  • 10 g fresh ginger cut in thin slices
  • 10 g oyster sauce
  • 10 g dark soy sauce
  • ½ tsp salt
    or ½ tsp chicken stock powder
  • 450 - 500 g water
  • 400 g dried yee mee (Chinese e-fu noodles)
  • 120 g choy sum (sawi), stems removed
  • 100 g prawns deshelled
    or 100 g fish cakes
  • 1 sprig spring onion chopped, to garnish
    or 1 sprig coriander leaves chopped, to garnish
