- 300 g red bell pepper, cut into pieces (3 cm to 5 cm)

- 500 g mixed minced meat, pork and beef, half pork, half beef
- 1 egg, large (65-70 g)
- 1 tsp paprika, sweet
- 2 tsp marjoram, dried
- 2 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper, ground
- vegetable oil, to grease
- crème fraîche, min 30% fat, to serve (see Tip)
