  • 10 g sea salt, adjust to taste
  • ¼ tsp ground white pepper, adjust to taste

  • 200 g potatoes, cut in cubes (2 cm)
  • 100 g full cream milk
  • 100 g coconut milk
  • 2 tomatoes, cut in cubes (2 cm), to serve
  • 30 g ketjap manis, to serve
  • 2 limau (limes), juice only, to serve
  • 30 g emping cracker (melinjo cracker), to serve
