  • malt vinegar, to taste
  • 4 white fish fillets, skinless (e.g. haddock, pollock, cod, approx. 200 g each)
  • 200 g anchovy breadcrumbs, homemade (see tip)
  • 4 processed cheese slices
  • 4 brioche burger buns
  • tomato ketchup, for serving
