- 2 tsp natural vanilla extract
Cashew cream icing
- 30 g lemon juice
- 80 g coconut cream
- 20 g tahini (optional - see Tips)
- 1 tsp natural vanilla extract
- 2 - 3 tbsp honey, to taste, plus extra for drizzling (see Tips)
- nigella seeds, for sprinkling (optional)
- 1 banana, cut into slices, for decorating
