  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 oz ginger, peeled, cut into pieces
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, stem removed, cut into pieces
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 35 oz water
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil, to fry
  • cilantro, chopped, to garnish
  • green onions, thinly sliced, to garnish
