- 1 red capsicum, deseeded and cut into pieces (2-3 cm)
- 1 green capsicum, deseeded and cut into pieces (2-3 cm)
- 30 g tomato paste
- 400 g canned diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp Chicken stock paste (see Tips)
- fresh coriander, leaves only, for garnishing
- dried chilli flakes, to serve (optional)
