  • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • 2 heaping tbsps beef stock paste
  • 45 ½ oz water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 24 oz shaved beef steak
  • ½ oz fresh cilantro leaves thinly chopped
  • 1 spring onion thinly chopped
  • 3 ½ oz bean sprouts, fresh
  • 1 fresh red chili thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp chili sauce (optional)
  • 4 tsp hoisin sauce (optional)
  • 1 lime cut into wedges
