Ingredients
- ½ cinnamon quill
- 1 tsp black peppercorns
- 2 tsp coriander seeds
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
- 500 - 600 g beef, partially frozen, cut into pieces (2 cm - see Tips)

- 4 - 6 fresh long red chillies, deseeded if preferred, adjust to taste
- ½ - 1 tsp chilli powder
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 400 g canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed (approx. 250 g after draining)
- 400 g canned chopped tomatoes
- 120 g tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Vegetable stock paste (see Tips)
