- 1 red capsicum, cut into julienne
- 1 carrot, cut into julienne
- 1 - 2 pinches freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 2 eggs
- 3 roti, cut into julienne (see Tips)
- 1 lime, cut into 8 wedges, for garnishing
