- 1 bunch fresh cilantro leaves (approx. 45 g), plus extra to garnish
- 3 fresh green chillies, deseeded
- 45 g coconut, shredded, unsweetened
- 30 g water
- 395 g coconut milk
- 225 g fresh pineapple, cut into pieces (2.5 cm)
