Ingredients

  • 2-3 sticks rhubarb, cut in 2cm pieces
  • 1 level tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cinnamon quill
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 125 gram fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 100 grams chia seeds
  • 400 grams almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
  • 2 tsp honey (optional extra)
  • to taste ground cinnamon
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint leaves
  • 12 fresh raspberries for garnishing
