  • 300 g grapeseed oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 30 g white vinegar

Potato salad

  • 800 g red potatoes, ensure potatoes are cut small enough to fit through hole in mixing bowl lid
  • 1100 g water
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g bacon, cut into pieces (1-2 cm)
  • 3 spring onions/shallots, trimmed and finely sliced (green parts reserved for garnishing)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
