  • 30 g plain flour
  • 1 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 200 g carrots, peeled, cut in pieces (3 cm)
  • 200 g waxy potatoes, peeled, cut in pieces (4 cm) (e.g. Charlotte)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 200 g celery, cut in pieces (3 cm)
  • fresh parsley leaves, roughly chopped for garnishing
