  • 85 g monk fruit sweetener, white, 1:1 sugar substitute, brown sugar substitute
  • 1 large egg
  • 60 g heavy whipping cream, 30-40% fat
  • 1 ½ tsp molasses, any kind, (optional)
  • 1 tsp natural vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
