  • 4 sweet corn cobs, cut into rounds (1 in.)
  • 12 oz linguiça, cut into pieces (2 in.)
    or 12 oz andouille sausage, pre-cooked
  • 32 oz clams, cherrystone clams, scrubbed
  • 32 oz mussels, in the shell, rinsed, scrubbed and beards removed
  • 4 oz unsalted butter, diced
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • 1 loaf French bread, sliced, to serve
