  • 1 tsp frozen squid ink

  • 100 g cream cheese (eg. Philadelphia)
  • 30 g lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 2 pinches salt, or to taste
  • 2 pinches Sichuan pepper, or to taste
  • 3 sprigs fresh dill
  • 3 sprigs fresh flat-leaf parsley, leaves only
  • 5 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 sprig fresh coriander, leaves only
  • 10 g rocket salad
  • 15 g olive oil
  • 6 slices smoked salmon, cut in strips
  • 6 slices smoked haddock fillet, cut in strips
