  • 2 - 3 Tbsp caster sugar, for sprinkling

  • 2 Tbsp icing sugar

Assembly and Decoration

    or strawberry jam
  • 150 g fresh raspberries
  • 20 g desiccated coconut
  • 100 g white chocolate shavings
