  • 2 medium eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 tsp fine sea salt
  • 2 pinches ground black pepper
  • 1 - 2 pinches dried chilli flakes, to taste (optional)
