  • 800 - 900 g de chipirones troceados congelados (previamente descongelados y escurridos)
  • 1 guindilla roja seca sin pedúnculo ni semillas (optional)
    or 1 pimienta de Cayena seca entera (optional)
  • 2 cucharadas de perejil fresco picado (y un poco más para espolvorear)
