  • 2 bird's eye chillies, fresh, halved, deseeded if preferred
  • 1 pandan leaf, tied in a knot
  • ½ tsp fenugreek seeds
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • ¼ tsp ground turmeric
  • 5 fresh curry leaves
  • 100 g coconut milk
  • 100 g coconut cream
  • 1 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1 - 2 Tbsp lime juice, to taste
