  • 1 cucharadita de sal
  • 30 g de aceite de oliva virgen extra, para pincelar (y 1-2 cucharadas más para engrasar)
  • 2 - 3 pellizcos de sal gorda
  • 2 ramitas de romero fresco (solo las hojas, lavadas y secas)
