  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 35 oz chicken wings

Sauce

  • oil, for deep frying
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds, to garnish
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced, to garnish
