- 1 citron, skal, ingen hvid marv og juice (ca. 40 g juice) heraf

- 30 g koriander, frisk (ca. 1 bundt), kun blade
- 1 - 2 lange chilier, grønne, trimmede og uden kerner, hvis det foretrækkes
- 150 g mayonnaise (se tip)
- 40 g citronsaft (ca. 1 citron)
- ½ tsk spidskommen, stødt
- salt, til krydring
- sort peber, stødt, til krydring
- ½ agurk, skåret i strimler, til servering
- fladbrød efter eget valg, til servering (valgfrit - se tip)
