Ingredients

Velouté, ayam, dan sayuran kukus

  • 80 - 100 g bawang bombai, potong bagi dua
  • 1 siung bawang putih (optional)
  • 20 g minyak zaitun
  • 700 g campuran sayur (contoh: zukini, wortel, asparagus, paprika, brokoli), iris-iris (0.5 cm)
  • 600 g air
  • 2 ½ sdt garam
  • 400 g kentang, iris-iris (0,5 cm)
  • 500 g fillet dada ayam, tanpa kulit, potong strip (5 cm x 2 cm)
    or 500 g fillet dada kalkun, tanpa kulit, potong strip (5 cm x 2 cm)
  • 2 sdm kecap asin
  • ½ sdt bubuk lada
  • ½ sdt paprika manis (optional)
  • 20 g mentega (optional)
    or 1 sdm krim (optional)

Saus mustar

  • 50 g krim keju (cream cheese)
    or 50 g krim, min. 30% lemak
  • 1 sdm mustar (mustard)
  • ½ sdt garam
  • 1 jumput bubuk lada hitam
  • 3 - 4 tangkai peterseli segar, daun saja
  • 1 kuning telur (optional)
