Ingredients

Roti dumpling

  • 300 g bread roll (roti bulat), roti sisa, iris-iris (1 cm)
    or 300 g roti tawar, roti sisa, iris-iris (1 cm)
  • 5 tangkai peterseli segar, daun saja
  • 80 g bawang bombai, potong bagi dua
  • 25 g mentega
  • 220 g susu
  • 3 telur
  • ½ sdt garam, sesuai selera
  • 2 jumput bubuk lada hitam
  • 2 jumput bubuk pala

Goulash sapi dan dumpling kukus

  • 3 siung bawang putih
  • 450 g bawang bombai, potong bagi empat
  • 30 minyak
    or 30 g mentega klarifikasi (clarified butter)
  • 750 g daging sapi (untuk merebus), potong kecil-kecil (2-3 cm), dikeringkan dengan tisu dapur
  • 1 sdt gula
  • 50 g pure tomat (terkonsentrasi)
  • 350 g tomat potong, kalengan atau segar
  • 200 g red wine
  • 2 sdm bubuk paprika manis
  • 1 sdt garam, tambahkan sesuai selera
  • ½ sdt bubuk lada hitam
  • ½ sdt bubuk jinten
    or ½ sdt biji jinten
  • 1 sdt parutan kulit lemon (zest)
  • 1 sdm marjoram segar
  • 3 dried bay leaf (daun salam Eropa kering)
  • 5 juniper beri
  • 1 jumput bubuk cengkeh
    or 2 cengkeh
  • 300 g air
  • 30 g tepung terigu
  • 200 g paprika, merah dan hijau, potong strip tipis
