  • 250 g de chabacanos, maduros, sin semilla y en trozos
  • 50 g de agua
  • 30 g de vinagre, y un poco mas para rociar
  • 80 g de jitomate, maduro y en trozos
  • ½ cdita de paprika dulce, y un poco más para espolvorear
  • 1 pizca de sal, o al gusto
  • 40 g de jamón serrano, en rebanadas
  • 150 g de queso de cabra, desmoronado
    or 150 g de queso feta, en cubos
