Bizcocho de chocolate

  • aceite en aerosol, para engrasar el molde
  • harina de trigo, para enharinar el molde
  • 380 g de azúcar refinada
  • 390 g de harina
  • ½ cdita de sal
  • 2 cditas de polvo para hornear
  • 1 cdita de bicarbonato de sodio
  • 300 g de agua
  • 140 g de cocoa
  • 270 g de mantequilla
  • 6 huevos
  • 1 cdita de vainilla

Betún de chocolate

  • 300 g de chocolate semi amargo
  • 100 g de crema para batir (30-40% grasa)
  • 50 g de ron
    or 50 g de licor de naranja
  • 400 g de mantequilla
  • 300 g de azúcar glass
  • 100 g de cocoa en polvo

Decoración

  • 1 barra de chocolate, (aprox. 100 g)
