    or 80 g manteiga
  • 20 g fermento de padeiro fresco
    or 2 c. chá de fermento de padeiro seco (8 g)
  • 1 ovo
  • 450 g farinha tipo 65, mais q.b. p/ polvilhar
  • 1 c. chá de sal

Recheio

  • 150 g cebola
  • 100 g cenoura
  • 2 dentes de alho
  • 3 pés de salsa
  • 30 g azeite
  • 1 frango partido em pedaços (1000 g aprox.)
  • 100 g vinho branco
  • 10 g molho de soja (optional)
  • 1 ½ c. chá de caldo de galinha caseiro
    or 1 ½ cubo de cubo de caldo de galinha (para 0,5 l)
  • 1 pitada de pimenta
  • 60 g farinha
  • 2 gemas de ovo batidas
  • 1 ovo p/ pincelar
