  • 200 g bloem

Karamel gezouten boter

  • 90 g zachte boter, in stukken
  • 1 afgestreken tl zout (Fleur de sel)
  • 100 g suiker
  • 120 g room, min. 30% vet

Chocolade-ganache

  • 180 g pure chocolade, 70% cacao, in stukken of callets
  • 160 g room, min. 30% vet

Afwerking

  • 3 el hazelnoot granola
