Pico de gallo

  • 500 g tomate s/ sementes cortado em pedaços
  • 50 g cebola roxa
  • 1 dente de alho
  • ½ malagueta vermelha
  • 15 g coentros, só as folhas
  • 1 c. chá de sal
  • 25 g sumo de lima (1 unid. aprox.)

Pasta de ricota

  • 10 g manjericão
  • 1 tira de casca de lima, só a parte verde
  • ½ c. chá de sal
  • 1 pitada de pimenta
  • 200 g queijo ricota
  • Cebolinho picado q.b. p/ guarnecer

Montagem

  • Azeite q.b. p/ pincelar
  • 10 fatias de pão alentejano cortado finamente (350 g aprox.)
  • 2 dentes de alho
